Challenge

  • The organisation had a need to increase the Negotiation skills across a wide sector of their workforce
  • The training program needed to focus on developing skills in cross-cultural negotiation
  • The course had to accommodate beginners to advanced level negotiators

Approach

  • The program concentrated on the difficulties with cross-cultural negotiations and ways to work around them
  • ArcBlue put together face-to-face training workshops rolled out in China, India and Thailand.
